Noise Element Update - City of Pasadena

Rincon assisted the City of Pasadena in the update of its Noise Element. The Element involved a comprehensive update of technical noise data in support of the policy document, including analyses of citywide traffic noise, the Metro Gold Line light rail system, the Rose Bowl, and a City-owned firing range. Rincon's responsibilities included preparation of an existing and future conditions report and policy document, and oversight of a public participation program.
