City of Santa Monica Civic Center Specific Plan EIR - City of Santa Monica

Rincon prepared an EIR for the City of Santa Monica Civic Center Specific Plan (CCSP) to establish the planning policies and land-use and development regulations for the 62-acre area-more than two-thirds of which were in public ownership. The proposed CCSP set forth a vision for the Civic Center to meet the City's housing, open space, cultural, civic and recreational needs.
