Environmental Cost Review and Consultation, Multiple Sites - Private Client

Rincon was contracted by a law firm to provide environmental expertise related to assessment and cleanup costs at multiple asphalt plants in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. For this project, we reviewed scopes of work, cost proposals, or reports that are provided to us. The purpose of Rincon’s involvement was to determine if the scopes of work that were being performed were a legitimate approach to assessing each site. Also, we reviewed costs associated with the scopes of work to determine if those costs were within reason and within industry standards for the work being provided. Our services allowed the client and law firm to help manage costs associated with the assessment and cleanup of the different sites.
