Site Assessment, Remediation, and Earth Sciences

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

The objective of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is to identify environmental liabilities at a given site. We research historic site uses and current operations to determine whether contaminants exist at a site. Rincon Consultants follows the ASTM guideline for Phase I environmental site assessments. Our experience in performing these assessments ranges from single parcel sites to hundred-plus acre properties, to several hundred site portfolio packages.

We routinely assess underground tanks, dry cleaners, metal plating shops, machine shops, schools, oil fields and facilities, agricultural land, and manufacturing facilities.
