Wetland Delineation and Resource Agency Permitting for the San Luis Rey River Trail - RRM Design Group
Rincon conducted focused analysis and surveys needed in support of the environmental documentation required to comply with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements. The project site is located within an area to be fully conserved under the MHCP and involved development of a trail on existing paved and unpaved flood control maintenance roads. Rincon performed wetland delineation, jurisdictional determination and prepared a biological resource assessment. The results of these studies were then utilized to obtain environmental permits with the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board; U.S Army Corps of Engineers; U.S Fish and Wildlife Service; and the California Department of Fish and Game.
